Eolus North America, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Eolus Vind AB. Eolus Vind has around 6,000 shareholders and is traded on Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange. Eolus has been in business since 1990 and is a leader of wind development in the Nordic countries and successfully expanded its business to North America during 2015. Oceantic Network

The Oceantic Network is the premier member-based organization dedicated to growing the offshore wind and other ocean renewable industries and their supply chains. The Network is focused on delivering education, creating partnerships and advancing the industry.  As the only national organization solely focused on offshore wind, we work to support the industry by providing programmatic education as well as developing the tools and networks necessary to create a U.S. offshore wind supply chain. The Network hosts the annual International Offshore Wind Partnering Forum (IPF), the leading technical conference for offshore wind in the U.S. dedicated to moving the industry forward. We have worked collaboratively with California partners since 2015.

 

Repsol Renewables North America

Repsol Renewables North America is wholly owned by Repsol, a global multi-energy company that leads the energy transition and has a goal of net zero emissions by 2050. Repsol entered the U.S. renewable energy market in 2021. Today, we operate 800 MW of renewable energy capacity in the U.S. and aim to have an installed capacity of more than 3 GW of renewable energy in North America by 2027.

San Gorgonio Farms

San Gorgonio Farms, Inc. (SGF) has developed (148.42 MW’s - 447 turbines) (c/o Whitewater Energy Corporation) and operated (c/o SGF, Inc.) wind projects since 1981. We currently own and operate 43 MW’s of wind energy, consisting of 224 turbines. Whitewater Maintenance Corp. (our subsidiary) performs the service and maintenance. These turbines range from the first generation 65 kW units of the 80’s up to the 1.5 MW turbines of today, with permits to build the 3.0 MW turbines of tomorrow. Our current projects are in Riverside County, just 2 hours east of our corporate headquarters in Torrance, CA.
